If you enjoy having a a beverage every once in a while, leave your cash at home if you set out to do your drinking in a casino. I am serious. Empty your pocketbook, your billfold, and leave all money, charge cards and chequebooks out of the casino. Take only the money you anticipate to spend on drinks, tips and few dollars you intend to burn and keep the remainder behind.
Cynical? Absolutely not. Just realistic. You might experience a success after a intoxicated evening out with your comrades and be blessed sufficiently to hook a 25 minute roll at a smokin craps game. Keep that account because it’s as short-lived as it gets if you continually drink and gamble. The pair just don’t go well together.
Leaving your moolah out of the casino is a little dramatic, but defensive measures for drastic behavior is a requirement. If you play to win, then don’t consume alcohol and play. If you are able to afford to be wasteful with your $$$$ without a worry, then consume all the gratuitous beer your stomach are able to handle, but do not take plastic credit and checks to throw into the mix of following losses after your befuddled head squanders everything!
